A business within a large corporation held its annual business meeting, and Meetingworks was used in a variety of ways.  The leadership team met before the larger group assembled and used the tools to brainstorm ideas and evaluate some important issues facing them.

The next three days were spent with a larger group, often in presentation mode (we used the Open Microphone technique during the slide presentations).  When working on strategies for the coming year, the larger group used Generate and Organize to get feedback on direction.  There was a need for determining a subgroup for comments (HQ or non-HQ), so those from HQ turned their cap locks on so all of their comments were capitalized.  Their anonymity was preserved, but it was apparent which group had given each comment.
