A team has a "scorecard" that is reviewed each month.  The scorecard contains tasks that have been updated by the owner of the task.  A template was created to accommodate this meeting agenda and produce their updated scorecard as they leave the meeting.

The agenda contains a multiple-topic Generate step followed by Organize.  During the Organize step, individuals report on their specific topic (from Generate) and clarification, additions, and deletions are made while the group is being updated.
