A group from Casey Family Program needed to analyze and improve their Help Desk function. A "loop" of steps was used to examine each of the arrows in a process flow chart. The group focused on the "yes" and "no" arrows to brainstorm responses about points of failure in the current environment. Then the group brainstormed what should happen when the "yes" or "no" arrow is chosen in the process.
The last step in the loop is either a step using a drawing tool to place the correct process icons on the process flow chart, or Organize to list the process to be developed to address the current points of failure and confusion.
