During a meeting, the Chauffeur tool runs agendas created and saved in with the AgendaPlanner tool. Agenda steps can be run in the order they appear, or they can be skipped or changed while using Chauffeur. A facilitator can also add steps to the agenda during the meeting if the need arises.

In addition to running agenda steps, Chauffeur maintains communication with local and remote participants. It also displays participant roster information, records all text and graphic results, and maintains a log of meeting events.
