Meetingworks has several service and support options for our products. You can always get E-mail support for free by sending a question to technical support. For telephone support and free product updates and maintenance you can sign up for a technical support agreement. The yearly agreement entitles you to telephone support along with any product maintenance and minor version updates for free. One fee covers all of the Meetingworks product family products you have licensed regardless of the number of participant seats you are using. In addition, keeping your maintenance agreement current will, from time to time, entitle you to special offers and product upgrade discounts.

The Sun JVM is recommended for use with Meetingworks Connect and can be installed on any 32-bit Windows platform. If you are interested in downloading and using the Sun JVM go to www.java.com.

Support Options
Meetingworks provides several types of support for the Meetingworks family of products. You can choose the type of support that works best for you.

Web Pages: If you are looking for specific technical information about our products, you will find Meetingworks and MeetingKit installation instructions, frequently asked questions (FAQs), product fixes and updates, known and (currently) unresolved problems, or a page to report new problems on our Web site.

Free e-mail support: You can always send us an e-mail with your question. There is no charge for this level of support and our commitment is to treat every e-mail message seriously and to respond to every one in a timely manner with our best available help and advice.
